So I am aware that the vast majority of LaTeX users seem to shy away from underlining anything however the request has been put forth for an underlined URL.
I had been attempting to insert the url with the \url package which on its own will break long URL address fine. If used with \underline, which will cause break problems on its own, or the \ulem package \uline command, which on its own solves the break problems with \underline, the url when compiled under pdflatex will show underlined however no longer break and wrap and thus due to its length ends up outside the margin and off the page.
I am trying to avoid a \sloppy solution and forcing a lack of hyphens elsewhere in my document however it may come to that.
Has anyone come across this problem before? Know of any workarounds for inserting a wrapping underlined URL?
Thank you for your time,
Frey Grimrod
