I'm using the report document class and I'm trying to format a bibliography to meet some university guidelines. These guidelines require that I only use a 12 pt centered all caps title for the bibliography (and for all other sections of the document as well).
It's easy enough for all the other sections I've included in the report. I can't seem to get it to work for the bibliography section though. I'm able to turn off the standard "References" title that BiBTeX throws in, but I've yet to find a way to replace it with the exact font/text size/text placement that I need.
I've tried this two ways:
1) Just slapping the code on a page before running the prompt for BiBTeX...and this puts the title I've created on one page and the bibliography on another.
2) Using \fancyhead...but BiBTeX seems to ignore this code.
Is there an way around this that I'm just not seeing?

Using a Header With BibTeX
I don't know how you managed to change the appearance of all other headings, but the titlesec package should be of great help in this issue. Perhaps you may clarify if you are talking about headers or headings.
