Hello!
I am writing my thesis with lyx (1.4.4), and I need to have the table of content which contains chapter that are not numbered. (chapter*). Is there a way to make them appear in the table of content?

Have same problem.
I cannot find it either. Could someone please point me to the correct manual/userguide.
Userguide says "any numbered section" - så maybe it is only possible by changing the layout files?
- And while we are at it: How are the "numbering and TOC" settings in the doc settings changed? Doesn't seem to be editable.
