Outdenting

Post by betbetbet »

Dear reader,

suppose I wish to write a document with the following format (remember that sentences can be more than 1 line):

Heading A
sentence A1
sentence A2
sentence A2 indented
Heading B
sentence B1
sentence B2
the rest of sentence B2

What is the most efficient way to implement output in this format?

It's not completely clear (at least to me) what format you desire to achieve. Can you please provide a more detailed explanation? Perhaps posting an image (or a link to an image) containing the desired format would help.

Just upload this PDF file as attachment to your next post. This can be done by choosing the according tab right below the input window.

Finally, the format that I desire for my lateX document can be found at http://latexbetbetbet.blogspot.com/

Just click on Example of wanted format; the picture.

Let me know how to achieve this format.

Thanks

Have you tried the description environment. That might work. See this link:
