Customizing Table of Contents

Is there a simple way to get the fancy chapter headers (here: http://texblog.net/latex-archive/layout ... pter-tikz/) to also apple to the table of contents?

As seen on the screenshot, the example does this already. You can also download the final output right below the picture. For an adaptation to a class without chapter see comment #11.

That's weird! I actually had downloaded the tex code and for some reason my output didn't apply the fancy headers to the table of contents. It seems ok now though. Thanks!
