Re: The new Forum Face
A notable difference is the fixed width design of the forum. Personally I prefer more horizontal space for the posts. Maybe you could remove the right sidebar in the forum section to get more space?

It works OK for me both in the "forum page" and in the "home page".josephwright wrote:Anyone else find that their login only works for the forums but not the "front page"?

Like Propell said, I also feel it kind of narrow. Anyway, a big step ahead!
Re: The new Forum Face
thanks for the positive feedback! I will take a closer look at the width issue. But for the first I need a night of sleep again, so it may take a few days

Try holding the shift key down while reloading the front page after logging in on the forum pages.josephwright wrote:Anyone else find that their login only works for the forums but not the "front page"?

Well done, and happy birthday to the board!

OK, now I have found a clean solution regarding the width: The page width will now scale to your browser window's width with some upper (~1200px) and lower (~830px) bounds to ensure a good layout.Keta wrote:Like Propell said, I also feel it kind of narrow. Anyway, a big step ahead!
This should fix your issues. (Maybe you need to hit reload to see the change?).
