Recommended reading 2024:

LaTeXguide.org • LaTeX-Cookbook.net • TikZ.org

NEW: TikZ book now 40% off at Amazon.com for a short time.

And: Currently, Packt sells ebooks for $4.99 each if you buy 5 of their over 1000 ebooks. If you choose only a single one, $9.99. How about combining 3 LaTeX books with Python, gnuplot, mathplotlib, Matlab, ChatGPT or other AI books? Epub and PDF. Bundle (3 books, add more for higher discount): https://packt.link/MDH5p

UK spell checker?

I can't see the problem. The download page of OOo is up and running [1]. On the right part of the page you can see the link to the dictionaries (Additional Resources).

[1] download: OpenOffice.org Downloads

You are right. This site seems to be temporarily down. I suggest to try again later.

Hi all.
I just downloaded en_GB from here: http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/ ... /en_GB.zip
It seems to work...
(even though I experienced the same problem, reported in other threads as well, that texnicCenter underlines almost all words.... ... btw, any suggestion to fix it??? )

regards.
