Hi

Post by James »

Hi there,

I've come across this site a couple of times when asking Google to solve all my LaTeX problems and it seems like a really useful and friendly resource. I figured I'd sign up and stick around for a while this time rather than just grabbing my answer and going.

I'm a maths student in Scotland, looking to start on the road towards a PhD next year. Since I learnt LaTeX I don't think I've word processed anything that didn't use it! I'm hoping I can really hone my skills by joining the community here.

Thanks for having me!
James

We always try our best and intend to do so in the future. For me its also a good experience to take part in this community, as I'm going to learn TeX soon.

Best regards and welcome to the board

Hi James,

welcome to the board! I've studied mathematics too and I've used LaTeX very much during my studies.
