Here is the definition so plz help me to get solution.

1b> Design your own system (XML-based)
* a system of articles which allows to either produce
separate articles or a document of abstracts, or several
articles as one document.
* design an XML-like markup for math (usable for humans,
i.e. not MathML) and show how it can be converted to TeX.
(Other options are possible).
