astron for Bibtex

Post by kegrad »

Is there some reason that the astron package (author and date style references) isn't in the package manager in MikTeX? I read somewhere on the 'net that it's obsolete. What replaced it?

Sorry if I've got something wrong in this, I'm (obviously) fairly new to LaTeX!

Thanks :)

astron for Bibtex

Hi!

try the natbib-package, it offers a variety of different citation-styles
and is compatible with the astron bibliography style - astron.bst (which is supported by MiKTeX ;) ):
