I'm trying to create a hyperlink to a pdf which contains "æøå" in the file name. I have a file named "tøst.pdf" in the same folder as my TeX-file and try to use \href to create a link to this file:

\usepackage{hyperref}
\begin{document}
\href{run:tøst.pdf}{This is my link}
\end{document}It compiles fine, but the link does not work. If I rename the file "test.pdf" and change the code it works. I have tried including the following packages, but the result is the same: \usepackage{grffile}, \usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}, \usepackage[norsk]{babel}. I have also tried doing percent encoding: \href{run:t%C3%B8st.pdf}{This is my link}. Does anyone have an idea of how I can solve this?
