\ifluatex is already defined

Post by manojgg »

Hi,

I started seeing this error with beamer package after installing some packages (don't remember which) sometime ago. The error is:
Package ifluatex Error: Name clash, \ifluatex is already defined.
Any solution to solve this will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Several times, I read that this can be an issue in MiKTeX, and a full update in user and admin modes (in the MikTeX console) solved it.

Thanks, Stefan. I saw posts about MikTex. But, I am using latex in Linux Mint. It is not MikTex.
