Scientific Workplace 5.5 with Maple engine

Post by hm_mpi »

I am using Scientific Workplace 5.5 with the computation engine "Maple". This setup worked fine with Windows 10 1909. After the upgrade to Windows 10 22H2 I am receiving the error message "Could not plot this expression".

I have reinstalled Scientific Workplace and I also tried to reintegrate the engine but nothing helped to fix the error.

Does anyone have an idea how I can solve the problem?

Many thanks in advance!

Scientific Workplace 5.5 with Maple engine

Hi,

welcome to the forum!

As SWP has been discontinued, would you consider using LaTeX directly with a good editor? I strongly recommend pgfplots for plotting. I can help you in case of question. Perhaps take a look at pgfplots.net to see what it can do.
