List of Frames

Hey folks,

I need a list of frames in my document. For my work, frame is a table which its cells doesn't have numbers but text. In other words is a normal table but I need show it separately form list of tables. So, I need a list of frames and a command to ref a frame, like \frameref{label}. Does anyone has any idea?

The current version of caption allows to declare such a new environment and generates automatically an according list. Take a careful look at its documentation and search for the \DeclareCaptionType command to get things work.
