Text Formatting ⇒ Table of Contents Part Display Issue

Hi all, am using Overleaf, specifically, "Template for Springer Monographs" template, to write some notes for a book. The book is split into multiple parts, and each part has many chapters. So far as good.

Chapter 1, 2, 3 are not under any part.

Part 1 has chapters 4-9, part 2 has chapter 10 onwards and so on.

Am using the \part and \chapter defaults in this template to do this split. Works fine except in table of contents.

This happens on parts above I. Part I displays fine, II, III and so on do not. How to fix?

Can you give us a minimal example of your code? Without it's pretty hard to help.
