I am using overleaf but when I downloaded the PDF file, there is always information regarding time, date, etc and lines on the pages? Could you please tell me how to remove them? thank u so much.

Looks like the output from the 
crop package (see there figure 1). If you don't want it, don't use it.
Should I've missed my guess, please provide a
minimal working example that results in your output (text body can be a simple `x').
