BTW:
/run/media/<usr>/<dev>/
sounds like a Linux-specific mount point for external devices such as USB pendrives or hard disks, perhaps your device is not even mounted.
The file extension .tex.swp looks strange to me, but then I'm not a gummi (rubber) user.

I also ran it with texmaker, and there would be none. I just re-run the latex files with texmaker and it was able to open them. So I tried it with gummi, surprise! opened all of them except the one I'm working on. But texmaker does open it, so I'll have to work with texmaker
I forgot something, try to delete the files from which gummi does not run, and Fedora does not allow them to be deleted, it indicates that they are readable.
