Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ Causal Diagrams with Figures and Texts

Dear Community,

I am interested in drawing a causal diagram with thick arrows (looking like figures) in which I can add an explanatory text next to it. It would look like this:

I do not need to write each Step ad in figure 2. My question is related to the last diagram I made in the following post:
