General ⇒ Help needed - want to know about the problems you faced when you learnt LaTeX!

I have been using LaTeX for a long time now, and I really enjoy using it to do my assignments and write up stuff. Now, I want to write something up (as a resource) to help other students learn / use LaTeX (something like a short guide on how to use LaTeX to write math / physics / chem stuff, resumes, miscellaneous stuff). However, I am still trying to figure out what the main problems students face when learning LaTex, so I need some feedback on a few things:

1. When do most people experience their first time with LaTeX (high school, undergrad, or writing a thesis)?
2. What's the main problem people have when learning LaTeX?
3. Are there any particular things you want to do with LaTeX but don't know how to?
4. Is there some particular LaTeX guide / package you guys wanted to have but never had?
5. Is there some other resource that I can create that helps other people with LaTeX?
