Counters

Post by NinV »

Hi,

I would like to know if counters defined in a preamble (of a .sty) are globally visible: environments, commands...

I browsed some online books, but I didn't any mention of that, so I assumed they are visible.

My problem is that some counters are visible while others are not... and I don't understand why :(

Can you help me?

Thanks,
Nino

Sorry!

I've found the mistake: I was using the counter in the command \rput without converting it into arabic number.

I don't understand why it must be done, but it works!

Thank you very much,
Nino
