Dear all,
when I try to export my file as PDF (File -> Export -> PDF(pdflatex)) it gives me a message in the bottom left corner saying: File successful exported to: pdf2 but no file appears in the corresponding folder)
Also when clicking the "View" icon it tells me "File not found ..."
I searched a on the web but didn't find the answer, yet. Any ideas?

Dear all,
the solution was to uninstall Lyx (in the deinstallation wizard leave the Lyx settings option unchecked to keep them) and MikTex and then install first Tex Live and then the latest version of Lyx (the path to the Tex Live distribution is automatically recognized by the installer).

Afterwards everythings worked with the files generated by the older version of Lyx.
