Hello all. I would like to write the social agreements of a new company using Latex. I wonder if there is some Latex template for a notarial deed. Thanks!

Almost every juristic document is a kind of a contract. So you could simply use an article class like scrartcl in combination with package scrjura. And if you don't have paragraphs (clauses in the terminology of scrjura), you even would not need scrjura but could use every class you want. No special template needed. Templates are almost always a source of problems. Avoid them. Always try to start from scretch with a minimal document and add only that things, you really need (and only what you understand).
