hi, I am new to this forum. I have recently installed small miktex 1705 and texnic center package 6.31(firenze), but when I try to open texnic center, only the the front page containing 'toolscenter.org' logo appears.I unstalled both miktex and texnic and then reinstalled it, but the same problem persists. I am able to open a tex file in floppy or cd, but not able to make a new file of my own due to this problem. Can anybody help me in this regard by suggesting the required step to rectify the problem?
