Can I sort my bibliography by custom sorting order?
The order I want is :

Ц
Č
Ч
Ć
Ћ

Д
Dž

Ј

Note that I didn't put double letters. Those double letters are Cyrillic. I need them to be sorted by both Latin and Cyrillic letters but not separated. They need to go first Latin then Cyrillic and so on. They need to be together. The default all Latin and then all Cyrillic isn't useful to me.

Custom bibliography sorting
If you are using biblatex and have a locale, that provides such a sort order, you can use biber's --sortlocale option.
Or you can use the sort…-fields, e.g., sortname in the bib file.
