bibliography after each part, chapter...
biblatex provides this with biber this is easy to handle. See the example in section 3.13.3, the environment in section 3.7.4 and option
refsection in section 3.1.2.1 of the biblatex manual.Sorry, but I can no longer participate here as the administrator is trampling on my wishes on one of his other platforms.
