Biomed / Creating a new document layout

Post by mrdrumsandsail1414 »

Hey everyone,
Starting using LyX a while ago and just getting around to it
I'm trying to create an article for a medical journal. I don't have an article class looking like what I want on my preestablished layouts and have found respectively the NEJM's and the BMC's .tex files but i can't wrap my head around how to import them / use them effectively in LyX and i'm way too noobish in Latex to even try.

Help would be gladly appreciated ^^

To accomplish this you would probably have to do a lot of work. You can start by reading through the help files, in particular Help > Customization.
