Hi, I am using PCTEX.

\textbf{REFERENCES}
\end{center}
\setcounter{page}{61}
\vspace{0.2cm}
\bibliographystyle{unsrtnat}
\bibliography{References}

How should I eliminate the title of References which have been made in the format of bibliography?

The documentclass usually takes care of that. We have no clue about that.
Please provide a minimal working example.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
