Text Formatting ⇒ Writing Chinese in a latex file includes unreadable characters

Hi,
I am using English version of windows.
I have one latex file that includes unreadable characters but runs well. But i must change some of the unreadable characters to Chinese ones. (abstract part)
But when i use real characters do not run. Can any one help?
Due to huge size, i had to share it the example.
