Hello,
every time I'm saving my tex-Documents, WinEdt (v5.5) creates a backup file in the same directory. If there is already an existing file, winedt will overwrite it.
Is it possible to change the backup settings to keep all backup files? (eg. add date and time to the filename: filename_2008-10-20_16-27-33.tex.bak)
Is it possible to change the folder the backup files are stored?
