Paper Format not working

Hi,
I've been using LyX running on Ubuntu to produce a book using the LyXBook layout from the Editorium. I've set a custom paper format of 9x6 inches in Document>Settings>Page Layout. Previously, this has ouptut to pdf using Xetex no problem. Suddenly, however, the resulting pdf is outputting to US Letter. I've checked and double-checked the relevant settings, but everything looks the way it should (I think). Has anyone encountered a problem like this before?

Do you have a bit of code, the header maybe ?

I don't have LyX here, but you could post a pdfLaTeX export here, as attachment. At least the preamble until \begin{document}, so you don't need to post your actual content.

That exported file may show me an indication of the issue.
