How can I modify amsbook.layout

Post by Jef Patat »

Hi all,

I'm completely new to Lyx and I would like to modify amsbook.layout. I started with copying and renaming amsbook.layout to test.layout, changed the second line to

Code: Select all

#  \DeclareLaTeXClass{test (AMS)}
I then reconfigure in Lyx, restart and test ends up being "unavailable".

What am I missing?

thanks,

Jef

Have you checked this page yet? Apart from that, LyX 1.6.x (which is about to be released) will make changes in layouts a lot easier, so if you are not in a hurry… ;)
