"cannot migrate"

I have suddenly been blocked from DVI processing of existing files. I have Latex v. 6 and am using Windows 10.



I get the following message.





Cannot migrate

C:\PROGRA~2\PCTex\PCTexv.6\texmf-pti\tex\generic\config\Janguage.dat,error:3



What can I do?
