How to remove the comma “, and” before last author?

That comma is called an Oxford comma.

You have to modify a copy of the bst a file.

Hopefully i left a meaningful comment in the file

Edit: I did not. Line 193 of the linked modified file shows the comma, line 201 used to include the and
