Regarding Execution of tex file

Is it possible to run only the content which is added after previous execution in tex file and shows complete output of previous and current execution?

No. You have to compile everything in order to see everything.
You might be interested in \includeonly though. It keeps at least crossreferences.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
