I am using lyx in Ubuntu14.04.I do not get malayalam properly in lyx.Please support me.

Without any information, it's hard to support. Please post error messages, details what happens, .log file, the .lyx file, whatever may be important in this case.

could not get malayalam in lyx
If you are using the LyX version from the default Ubuntu repos of 14.04, that will be very old. Please install 2.3.0 from the Ubuntu LyX PPA. Note that LyX does support Malayan (see Document > Settings > Language). And please answer Stefan's questions.
