Hi and welcome,
You can open and ask a new question in the subforum matching your problem.

The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.

Hi,
welcome to the forum!
In case of question, one can go to the main forum index page, choose a subforum by topic and post the question. Or, quicker, at the top right there's a dropdown menu "Ask a question" with the list of categories (subforums).
If you would like to help other people too, which is great, there's the "Active topics" link at the right. I read this several times a day, to see if there's something new. The link "Unanswered topics", also on the right side bar, helps me to check if there are questions left that have been overlooked and stayed unanswered. I like to help there too. And, sometimes I even browse through very old question and post an answer if I know it. That helps also future readers, coming in via google. So it's fine to answer old questions too.
On a mobile phone, the right side bar may go to the bottom, clickable to open it.
