TeX Live and MacTeX

Hello,

I have a Problem installing Techlive 2016 on Windows 7.
As soon as I start "install-tl-windows.exe" it start to extract files in a temporary Directory, and then it tries to start the main installer, but never finishing starting it.
The first time I did this it started the main installer successfully, but the I aborted the Installation process (I have Chosen the full installed and wanted to Change to custom installation to reduce the disc space of tex).

Does anyone have a hint for me?

I don't know what's going on, to be honest, but why don't you want to install TL 2017? That would be the current version.

I recommend to do a full installation by the way. It is a real pain to install single packages later.

You may run it as administrator, as the notes at http://tug.org/texlive/windows.html say.
