Texmaker and TeXstudio ⇒ Shortcuts to run script in Texmaker

Hi there:
I'd like to use shortcut to run my customized script.
Is there any method to realize it?
Also, can script in Texmaker deal with unicode text in the code?

Sorry again and I think I might not state my question clearly.
I have read the link above and in my understand the "User Tags" can only deal with some shortcuts for inputting.
However, what I need is to run a user-defined javascript with shortcuts.
Is there any possible to do that or "User Tags" can do that but I just cannot understand.

I know that TeXworks is very capable with scripting. I don't know much about Texmaker.
