Curricula Vitae / Résumés ⇒ Strange grey bar

The bar under the education section is appearing grey when I compile. The bar for the example resume provide by the author retains the black bar when compiled.

Here's what I have:

It could be an issue of the PDF viewer. Can you try with a different software to show the PDF? Or print it.
