Yes, it's called synctex, but how you use it depends on your editor. For example, if you're using TeXworks this page shows you how to enable synctex with LaTeXmk and this page shows you how to enable synctex with arara. Then you just need to position your mouse over the edit you've made in TeXworks, popup the context menu, and select "Jump to PDF".
