As an observation of a new user of texmaker, in the output, using a biber, the difference of bibstyle : plain and ieee is not that precise. What is the easy way to observe their defference(s)?

You have to clear all the auxiliary files and start over the complete compilation chain in order to see changes to the bibliography.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.

I already do that many times.
Based on your observation(s), can you differentiate the two?

Sorry, one document is an article in two-column mode and none of the references are in the database, the other is a report in one column mode that uses biblatex (and the incompatible cite package, you get an error) with subdivided bibliographies. Both are using an ieee style. I don't know what should be compared here??

I now corrected the name of the database in the example, used a proper bst name and compared with plain. And i see differences.
