Tekmaker doesn't work with it even if I created the command

Dear all
I have a problem with the glossaries package with the option acronym.
I am using texmaker on windows.
I modified the makeindex command with:
makeindex %.idx %.glo -t %.glg -s %.ist -o %.gls %.acn
and I run
pdflatex -- makeindex -- pdflatex -- pdflatex
The problem is that I cannot ...
I have a problem with the glossaries package with the option acronym.

I have a problem. Since some days ago biblatex do not generate a bibliography in an alphabetic order. I used the same preamble I used before, but now it does not work.
What did I do? Where is the problem? This is the preamble I use.
