mathabx in MacTeX: \boxvee and \boxwedge

There are two symbols, called \boxvee and \boxwedge, described in the mathabx package at http://www-math.univ-poitiers.fr/~phan/metafont.html#mathabx

However, they don't seem to appear in the CTAN package, maintained by the same fellow as at the site above.

I would like to activate/install these ...
