Windows -> Mac OSX, BasicTex enough?
Thanks for the provided information, I have already seen the page. From whats written there, BasicTeX should provide all the necessary files to write and compile the TeX files I need. I just wanted to check the forums and see if anybody is using BasicTeX on Mac OS with Texmaker.

thanks for the quick reply. I am downloading both versions as we speak, but before I install a bloated version I wanted to check if the Basictex will work fine as well for my needs. I try to keep all my operating systems as slim as possible, thats the motivation behind my hesitation ...

[Beamer Class] PDF Viewer that supports notes on 2. screen
Hello fellow LaTeX users,
is there a PDF Viewer currently available for Windows that supports the notes created by the Beamer class to be displayed on the second screen?
Notes are created just fine but the problem I have is that the two pages wide PDF will only be displayed on the main screen ...

Hello!
I have been working a while with LateX now and I love it! I came across one problem though.
I want to create this table:

Everything works except that one missing vertical line in row 1! I already tried to search for the error and read multiple tutorials but none seem to help ...
