I have found the solution. By avoiding "\prescript" word, it can be easily done. For example, by typing like {^{2D}_G}{[C_v]_e}, there is no bolding in Ref and Appendix, rather than \prescript{^{2D}_G}{[C_v]_e}.

In writing Latex in Pramana J of Phys, there is no problem for prescript whenever I use \usepackage{amsmath,mathtools}.
