Hi there,

I would like to format a text as a novel. That means I'd like the following:
- 30 lines per page
- max. 60 characters per line
- page numbering at the bottom
- chapter and book title at the top
- new page at the end of a chapter

can anybody of you maybe send me a link to some standard ...
