found the solution myself with some work-around. Using Natbib instead of Bibtex I get by default the curved brackets, but the author's name is not inside the brackets, but outside (using the LyX cite funciton). Instead of the LyX cite function I am using TeX Code now with \citep[p. 1-2 ...

Hi all,

I am forced to use APA-citation style (or sort of) for my Master thesis. Cites should look likes this ".... (Kaplan and Norton, 2018, S.45)".

I already found a style quite similar using standard Bibtex option in LyX with apalike-german citation style. Problem is, that I get it compiled ...
