natbib cite not generating "et al."

Hi all,

I'm using the natbib package to format my in-text citations. I have a simple problem that I can't quite figure out: when I use the standard natbib command "\citep{Example2006}", it should generate an abbreviated citation such as "Abner et al. (2006)" for more than three authors, right ...
