But when I compile the piece you presented I got ?? instead of numbers when I refer to my music pieces.

Instead having Music 1 and Music 2 I've got Music ?? and Music ??

Staff in music world is these five lines where you put music notes.

I want to do some music examples for my kids and to name a note (ie note name 'c' under this note, simillarly to lyrics). I'm now using lyrics to do it. I'm just wondering is there any better/simpler way of doing so.

I have an unexpected behavior. When I latex my tex file latex.exe test.tex and then do the pdfout of dvi dvipdfm -p a4 test.dvi I see what I don't want to see.
