I have a trouble with this tex file, I put all my references in the file as usual but it only shows 13-16 references only, I am using Texpad in mac os and it shows no error in generating .

Here is the minimal example with all my references . I am forced to use this document class ...

A general remark: this template uses obsolete syntax, it's not a good example that should be recommended. For example the faulty eqnarray environment, equations by $$...$$ instead ...

First of all, sorry if this post is not in the right section.

I'm trying to send a paper to Natural Sciences Publishing. They give a latex format to follow. But, when I try to generate their original file, it always give me errors like these
